We stayed here for 8 hours after moving down from a private villa in Canggu to catch a 12.20am flight. The road to the motel is almost undrivable. We arrived just after a downpour and the mud and puddles made it impossible to leave the motel area with out wading through at least ankle deep water. The grounds are large as... More

The hotel upgraded us to a superior room free of charge (Rm.#14). Nice big beds, beautiful set up, big seating area & desk. Includes all the details (tons of shampoo/soap/toothbrushes). Pool needed a good cleaning, but is big. The whole place is deserted, a swim-up bar is set-up but no bar or staff to be found. The food is TERRIBLE,... More

We stayed at The Alit for the last night at Bali as we need catch the 6:00am flight on the next morning. The staff were very helpful to show us to the room and answered for our any need. The SPA was awesome and cheap with its well decorated and spacious room and skillful assistants. We had hot stone massage... More

We stayed at The Alit the first day we arrived in Bali and on our way to Jogja the next day. I had booked this hotel after reading recommendations from Agoda and TripAdvisor. The Alit was full of pleasant surprises for us. To start with, they have a complementary airport pick-up. Once I had made my booking, I got an... More

Let me start by saying the "road" out front of the hotel has not been treated well by the wet season. Our taxi driver had to be encouraged to make the 1 klm trip. Four wheel drive would have been reasonably useful. Having not stayed at the Alit before and arriving in darkness, this didn't bode well. The one night... More

I stayed at this hotel, for an overnight, transitting to another destination, and it was conveniently located to the airport, an older Bali style hotel in need of a little attention, but clean and still poviding surprisingly pleasing little details, like toiletries and flowers, which are not often present in low cost hotels. The breakfast, which is included, was good,... More

I would normally have given this hotel a 3 star rating, but because of the way they (and especially Agoda) treated me with another booking at this hotel, I could not do so. It's really a long way from anywhere if you are planning to walk. The nearest beach (which isn't worth going to) is at least a 25 minute... More

Stayed here for one night after a late arrival at the airport. Booked online - price included airport pick-up - a nice touch. Room was very large and bed comfortable. Aircon worked well . Bathroom could have done with a thorough clean - the basin was particularly grubby. Breakfast area was spacious and well designed and the pool area looked... More

Situated close to the airport this Japanese owned hotel is outdated and in a real need of renovation. Most of their customers are Japanese and many staff are able to converse in Japanese. The rooms are very spacious but very basic. The bathroom are in a real need of updating. Our bath was dark brown and chipped in several places.... More

We stayed for 3 nights in a superior room. We had to change a room after 2 nights due to AC problem. But the move was done efficiently. The room is a big bungalow, and we enjoyed the space in our place. The benefits of a superior room are great with free drinks, free laundry, and free transportation. It's close... More
