We stayed overnight in a Tandala room, which had a beautiful view of the animals grazing in the park below. The room was large, the bed very comfy, and the bathroom gives the illusion of being open air, but is actually closed in, which protects well from the elements and insects. The staff were very friendly, in particular the men... More

Booked a two bedroom kifaru room, package included breakfast, safari tour, a photo with an animal, and transfer one way for the five of us. Our second stay here, and well worth it. The accommodation is huge. Don't forget to use the electric mozzie repellants and light the coils if you're planning to sit on the balcony after dusk. The... More

Two night stay with the whole package, breakfast, dinner & full park safari including night time feeding with the lions & zebras. This is the package you need to take if you are going here, it is worth it & it is not expensive either. The hotel is part of the Bali Marine & Safari Park. The room we took... More

We stayed at Safari Park for two nights, arriving in the evening of the first night. We booked a package directly through the website, which included the accommodation, breakfast, dinner 1 night, day and night safari's, photos with the animals, fresh fruits and foot massages. Although it was on the more expensive side, when you look at what was included... More

The Safari Park was really good, enjoyed the many animals. The tour was too quick, but, worth while. I suggest the park slows down the tour so we can enjoy the animals more. Sometimes you barely had times to take photos. The accomodation was ok. Not cheap by Bali standards. And I suggest you take ear plugs, the animals can... More

We travelled as a couple and stayed for 2nights. This resort is good for 2nights if you have children who would love to see all the wildlife in and out there. Other than this it is a great experience and i think you should consider including this atleast for 1 night as a change in your Bali itinerary. The rooms,... More

Firstly we booked the lodge for 4 nights, this was a mistake, you really only need a maximum of 2 nights. We did everything in the safari park the first day. Our main problem was there was a rooster near our room that was very loud and at 1am would wake us up and periodically throughout the night. Don't stay... More

A friend suggested 2 nights at Mara River Lodge at the end of our Bali holiday! Wow, what a fabulous idea!! A little more expensive than our average Bali accommodation, but worth every cent. With 2 bedrooms and a living area, it was fabulously decorated with an African feel Upon arrival you are handed a bucket of carrots to feed... More

This was our second stay at the Mara River Safari Lodge and again we booked the 3 bedroom Tembo room. This time around, we organised the accommodation ourselves and chose to include the Leopard Package. For each room occupant, this included an elephant ride, lunch at the Uma restaurant, entry to the water park, one ride in the amusement park,... More

Before I write the review must confess to being an animal lover and this was the main reason I chose to stay at this location. My wife and I stayed here for 2 nights and was pleasantly surprised by the room (Twiga) it had nice little veranda overlooking the park and a very comfortable bed including the must have mosquito...
