Its a nice place to stay in mussoorie. Away from the clutter of buildings at an open place, yet quite close to mall road. Hotel is good place to stay overall, but there is some chance for improvement on service. Good staff behaviour overall but they could be more energy and enthusiasm in their approach to customer.

We stayed at hotel hard rock at mussorie. I clearly remember we checked in at the hotel at 2'o clock in the night. The stay was very pleasant. Hi! I have stayed in Number of Properties and in Mussoorie itself I have stayed in 6 property but HOTEL HARD ROCK is the worst ... no Service ethics... no care for Customer .. for Water I have to wait fo45 minutes... No hot water in washroom...Room was stinking...PETHATIC HOTEL...WORST THEN A ROADSIDE HOTEL… Sachin- Delhi +919818469258

It is a pretty good hotel with very nice food. The hotel is situated nearly a Km away from Mall Road in a very peaceful place.

We stayed at Hard Rock for two days 14-15 Feb 2009 & have stayed there earlier. The rooms, though average, have the basic amenities & although it had snowed 4-5 days earlier (we drove from Delhi), it is sad to say that the hotel had a deserted look.
