Rooms are comfortable. Great Mountain view. Food Average - Needs improvement and variety. Room Service prompt. Housekeeping - Good. Rooms are clean and neat. Prompt pick up and drop to Mall Road. Slightly away from the city, but the unlimited pick up and drop compensates that. Friendly staff.

Mussoorie Gateway is excellent hotel. Location is amazing. Its around 500 meter away from the mall road. I enjoyed the stay here. Found very peaceful place. View from the hotel is thrilling and its good hotel to stay.

The staff is extremely hospitable. Like the idea of complimentary drop and pick to near by places within 2kms from the hotel. The view is overwhelming. Food is great. Overall it was very memorable. :D
