it was a pathetic hotel i have ever seen in my life.....i had booked through cleartrip it was cheap however when we entered the room it was really unbearable....i would really suggest if you guys planing to pay less then go otherwise......its not even worth Rs500 for a day

Though it is very much on Mall Road but service, cleanliness and promptness and politeness of staff is terrible. They don't listen to your calls for room service. We stayed there with family and friends. Basic rooms and small washrooms. They don't have parking, so if you are coming by your own vehicle mind it.

It's just an ordinary hotel with a small valley view I suggest you book a hotel facing the actual valley of mussorie,the restaurant was average and had some peculiar smell which was annoying,rooms were ok,heaters they provide were not good enough only advantage was tariff and some good food options around ,cafe mysore,dominos,naaz etc.

Hieee everybody, I stayed this hotel from 27/02/11 to 01/03/2011, with my spouse & child, the experiance was nice, particularly room service was nice and very co operative. i always recomend this hotel to my friends. Hotel Room & Toilet is also very clean and location is outstanding.

Service was a bit slow in the hotel and about cleanliness, walls were leaking due to heavy rains at that time. Food was good and the rooms otherwise were also nice.
