It had been raining heavily in the place for the last month and had just stopped - hence most of the hotels rooms were filled with Stink. After checking almost 5-6 different hotels on the Mall Road, we thought of checking the very first one which we though earlier to be expensive because of the prime location - we were proved wrong as the hotel turned to be a good budget hotel with well ventilated rooms hence no stink.
The hotels is located on the Library crossroads and is seconds away from the Beginning of the Mall road. We didnt eat at the hotel so cannot say about the food, but the best part was the customer service of the people.
Right from the reception person to the helper - everyone would offer help even if u dont ask for. Unable to Lock the Door.. stuck with the keys... person mopping the floor would stand up to help you.... Have a lot of bags to go out... person doing the other room would take the bags with you....

Hotel is nicely located near mall road...other wise there is nothing very good about hotel...staff is ok...coprative but in season they are lest concern about traveller...hotel dont have good quality of food service....interior of rooms are ok...view from balcony is really very good.....
