I booked my reservation thru Cleartrip for Double Deluxe Room, when actually checked the room stinked to hell. Requested to shift in another room, was offered valley facing exe suite @5000/ night, HORRIBLE. Online booking told complimentary food and Internet. Nothing in real ?????? Dingy car parking, had harrowing time parking and reparking and reparking ???? Very congested access to... More

My stay in June 2010 in this hotel was a pleasant one considering that I decided to walk in to Mussoorie in high season without a prior booking. I looked through many hotels for a good deal at the Picture Palace side; but to my horror even the hotels where I wouldn't even stay for free were charging in excess... More

Nice rooms, clean and hygiene atmosphere, good food and timely service. Good location( picture palace) further makes it a complete package.
