After camping on the sandbanks of the ganges for 3 days it was bliss to get to this hotel and have a shower. The bed was comfortable and the room clean. The good: excellent service, reasonable prices in the restaurant, cleanliness, good size rooms. The bad: very bad soundproofing between rooms, highway robbery to get wifi. By any U.K. standards this is a decent 4* hotel. Try the Silk Road restaurant which serves good Chinese / Thai food if you need a change from Indian cuisine. More

Stayed at the Ramada for three nights. While it was somewhat out of the way, it was a brilliant respite from the noisy streets of Varanasi. The service was impeccable and prompt and the overall experience very good. I would certainly return to the Ramada, and would without a doubt recommend it! More
