I got a good room (better then what I booked on hostelworld). Good location. I didn't like the timetable of the rooftop restaurant which open not really early and closes to early so the social life has to given up at 9 pm or so. Too early!!!
If you just walk in the prices are higher than if you book...

Great place to stay: cheap filling food served on the roof, clean/spacious rooms, great location - next to Manikarnika Ghat and helpful staff. No complaints to note although rooms would benefit from furniture/accessories!
