We had a burglar at night. He came through a closed(!!!) window. All the windows were closed, when we went to sleep. Staff wasn't very helpfull to call a police, after few attempts to make them call a police they did it, but police didn't came. Never go there!

Filthy, uncared for, neglected, depressing. Bathroom window would be good to plunge to your death from, dangerous. One pillow we had felt like it was full of pebbles. Breakfast, just about passable but restaurant room depressing outlook.

This hotel is located in the Varanasi Cantonment area in a copmaratively clean environment compared to the main city. The managers don't help you, whatever happens. They dont speak well or not at all english. They steal money from their customers in their rooms.
