I stayed here for 04 nights in Aug12 and find the property nicely located in an upmarket (by Lucknow's standards) residential area. Rooms are large, with an ante room leading to the large bathroom which is unique and interesting. lighting in the rooms, linen and furniture are need urgent attention.
