The hotel is located in the happening place "Hazarat Ganj" of Lucknow and ambience of the hotel is largely ok. Food is ok but, breakfast buffet could have offered more variety. The room facilities are not up to the mark and furnishings are quite old and AC makes more of noise less of cooling. Bathrooms need a lot of improvement.
