I booked this hotel personally in Agra They told me at time of booking we cannot show u the room while time of booking but room is good. The rooms were in a like crumbled edifice.The service was poor.The hotel driver was in league with the guide in Bridavan & other places except Tajmahal,where we selected a govt approved guide. The driver was a smooth talker having link with shops. Will not recommend to any friends

I stayed there in the early part of Nov 2011..very bad hotel..only hankering for money..the tub attrcated my kids..but very dirty rooms..of course on the main road..apparently from outside it looks good but inside terrible..we were chetaed by the driver who took us to Fatehpur Sikri and landed us before some imposters who posed as guides..

I m Vaibhav Jain form delhi i travel a lot but i stay in hotel regency is one of the best hotel i ever stay i feel very great to stay there every thing is just great. Great location, near to main market place and resturant, clean and nice place .. decent size rooms -- value for money.
