We stayed in this hotel for about 5 days in August, 2011, Reception service were excellent. Very helpful. We got the Deluxe room,Very clean and a massive king bed, it was so comfortable that we slept thru the morning got up after one pm. and we really enjoyed staying in a Hotel .. It value for Money.... It was an unfortunate incident to stay for 1 night at the hotel. It was a group booking with 50% discount, so we didn't bother with the reviews. We should have... The room we stayed in was an AC room with no open window, so there was no ventilation. The bed-linen was filthy, it actually had dust or whatever on... More

Decent Rooms, A/c Rooms are quite better than Non A/c. Definitely you can feel worth for your money. It is an Budget hotel, Eventhough they are maintaining good ambiance, Quality, neatness, Support staffs are good. Reaching the Hotel from ground floor seems to be sticky but it is ok when u reach your rooms.

Hotel and hotel staff was very good. All the waiters are very polite and respond to the call very quickly. Good for middle range hotels.

TheHOTEL DELUXE PLAZA WAS horribleI it should not have been on clear trip site. Experience was not worth the price. Service was very poor and cleanliness was totally missing. Concern was totally missing for the guests
