Good's: 1) Staff is very cooperative. Service is really good. All the time, Tea was served in 3-4 mins. At the time of check-in, I requested to clean the toilet once again, and they thoroughly cleaned it. 2) Location is a plus as it is very near to the market area. I stayed for two days.. decent behavior from the staff.. neat and tidy rooms.. building is old look like a fort but maintained neatly. drawback: hot water available morning 3 hours.:(. ask the rooms with windows opened to the city. They will arrange cabs for 1200/day..

It is an old hotel looks good from out side. Rooms are good and big. But rooms are not maintained properly. Even from reception area you will notice improper maintenance. We stayed here in march. Bunch of friends, took two rooms and was very good. Theiir style of service suits us south indians and prompt with requests. Good place for youngsters as easy and friendly staff.

Hotel Khems is a good hotel only thing it is located in a small lane. Rooms are neat and clean. Staff are very helpful and friendly.Overall it is value for money. Food quality can be improved otherwise our stay was good at Khems.

Khems has got fantastic location close to charring cross. Very close to all the sightseeing places. Ours was superior room and was big in size and clean. Food in the hotel was good and staff was very helpful.
