The gardens are beautiful, really lovely. However that is all I can say that is good. Breakfast is served in army style sectioned plastic trays, discoloured and horrible. Tin mug for coffee. After going through a lot of research finally i selected this hotel.I must say this was the the first right step which made the holidays fantastic.It was a great trip to ooty & the hotel was superb. So if you are visiting to ooty I will definitely recommend this hotel.

Good setup, beautiful view. Staff are very good ,quick service. Hot water times are a bit of an issue . we had to wait atleast for 15 mins before next person could get any hot water.
