We must have got the worst room in the hotel. Sofa stained, bed sheets torn, flies in the room, toilet dirty, teps dripping with poor flow. No hot water for two days. The resort location is great, individual cottage made on the mountain slope. This give the feel of you are sitting in the air. The resort has a elevetor that goes deep into valley. The cottage is great with good interior. The food quality is ok. more

the location was excellent, the balcony to all the rooms is the best part.... its like a step by step flooring....like tea garden....you get the entire valley view from the resort....food is also good.... off season time(after 15 June) its much more affordable (2k+tax)....u can try to negotiate for a better price too!! more

The hotel was very good with rooms having valley view and big balcony. It is situated away from the city to give a sink in nature feeling. The valley view from hotel room is picturisique.
