Very good hotel to stay in Ooty i was there from 12th-13th May 2012. Service was very good. Staff were excellent in all manner. It is not far from city center and very near to WAX museum . We have taken prince room which was very good.

the service was excellent from the very beginning . the reception, the room, the behaviour of the staff and their assistance - everything was splendid. the room (including the bath) was very well maintained. the room service was very prompt. all in all an excellent hotel - keep the good job going
