This hotel is not very elegant and feels a little bit down market but it is very well located and the staff are friendly. The hotel is basic but efficient. check in was fairly fast and the hotel is located maybe 10 minutes walk to the temple complex.

The hotel is located in the middle of the market on a narrow one way access road. The access road has a two wheeler parking on the one side of the road which makes the access to the hotel even more difficult. Good: very very near to railway station, meenakshi temple and periyar bus stand. Lots of hotels nearby. Net Cafes also very near. Good guidance from the staff. Bad: Do not expect very clean and tidy rooms! TV remote batteries were exhausted (Made use of my digital camera batteries!)

Worst ever. Wont' give extra toilet papers or towels. For the same money (1000 rupees) you can get elsewhere.
