“Religious trip to Madurai”

we went to Madurai and Rameshwaram and stayed at Elements for few hours. We found the hotel average. If you need anything between 6-8 hours, you can select this. It is not recommended for overnight stay. We stayed there for few hours, get ourselves fresh and moved on to Rameshwaram. It is near the main market and temple.

Madurai residency isn't as good as they could be if the personal at reception wasn't so rude to the clients. We've phoned them two times booking rooms and what was our surprise when we were told that we hadn't - they simply didn't included our order in the list, even then we've shown them the dates of our phone calls... More

The hotel website looks so good, the place itself is a disappointment! They must have had a change of owners. We were the only guests, they never turned on the hot water, despite several complaints from our side. Worst thing though is, that a mobile phone was stolen FROM OUR ROOM!!! The people who wrote the website for elements hostel in Madurai should be politicians - the unique skill of stretching out the truth and throwing in the odd little white lie which is unnoticed because it is presented to professionally will be very useful in the political world.
