We stayed there Two night. It is really 4 star hotel with good service and friendly staff. spacious rooms and pleasant staff in the entire Team. W eliked the room a lot. All the amenities kept were very good. Overall it is great place

What saddened that inspite of reminding rooms not cleaned and beds not made on last day. Drinking water not provided on 2 days. However spacious rooms and very pleasant staff in the restaurant. AC perfect and toilets were excellent.

The Sangam is situated away from the centre of Madurai but was a good place to return to after a day of hot sightseeing.The rooms were clean and well appointed the food was good and the staff were friendly,and the pool area was nice to relax by.

Room 304 was OK...nice bath, big, white, fluffy towels. A/C had no thermostat.....either frigid or off. Room ceiling fan was used instead at night. Breakfast buffet was weak. A very good property located in the main place . Rooms are spacious and neat. The service is terrible. I had to wait 20 mins for a toothpaste and news paper kept in the stands were prevoius day's that to at 8.00am. Billing took 30 mins. Good infrastucture poor management. Sangam is located next to pandian hotel in madurai, Good and neet roams, but no proper service, no response from room service, Last time when i checked in there was not water in the bathroom.
