It is a glorified lodge, we were about to check in the moment the room was opened there was a stink across the room as though it had not been used for ages. There is a bar in the basement and roof top of the hotel, which definetly does not make this suitable even for transit purpose for families.

Overall appearance is decent. Reception is prompt and reservation of room was hassle free. Centrally located, close to Gandhipuram central bus stand and commercial area (crosscut road). The room was neat with clean linen. The wash area was clean. Restaurant attached but didn`nt use since lot of options are around. Budget price ideal for overnight stay or transit.

We used this Hotel as a transit . It has good facilities for a short stay and ideally recommended for the same. Located centrally Behind Gandhipuram Bus stand, and behind the huge shopping malls, it is a perfect palce for persons who plan to visit coimbatore, with Budget Hotels in mind.

The stay at this hotel would be best forgetted as early as possible. the room is just basic but the decor and cleanliness is horrible. the room service is bad as well, and the food cleanliness is not maintain at all and its the worst especially if you are a vegetarian. i would recommend not 2 stay here ever.

The Mangala markets itself as an international standard hotel but it is really a basic 1 star property with poor facilities and half-hearted service. The location of Hotel Mangala International hotel is in a very prime spot in the heart of the city but comparatively in a quite location. Its a landmark in that location.
