“Value for the money and staff friendly”

The location of the hotel is excellent. Rooms are nice but House keeping need a improvement a lot , staff friendly. The hotel runs a restaurant for house guest alone due to construction . Last week I stayed over there We were all very impressed(20yrs old property!!) with the cleanliness and the room layouts. Wish they had better mattresses though. It might be time for an update. “Very bad experience staying in this hotel”

Last month i visited to coimbatore for business trip and staying two days in the hotel was terrible, no water , inside room old furniture, bad smell, no tissue paper in bathroom , room services not adequate , non availabilty of drinking water and so on...... Rates are very high and reponse from staffs was very bad experince
