rude staff...... no service at all...... they feel like we left with no options and booked their hotel..... if you want to make your trip peaceful... better away from this hotel..... Definitely not the best experience. AC was working but needed cleaning. Bathroom was clean, but fittings were old and need immediate replacement. Toilet jet didn't stop once it started. Rooms are filthy. Staff unprofessional. Indifferent reception. When I went at night with the confirmed reservation the receptionist cooly said they can't offer me the room because (believe me) they didn't get any mail from agency they have given charge of online booking. Pls don't ever go near this hotel

We stayed in Metro Park during January 2012. The hotel was a pretty old hotel with big rooms, but the rooms had a pungent smell...It was pretty average with the breakfast very ordinary...We paid around INR 1800 for a night, which is too much for a city like Coimbatore and still the quality is not upto the standard...

Hotel is centrally located. Reception is helpful. 24Hrs check in & out. Room is very big and specious. Sufficient linens and towels but not so clean. Most ugly experience staying in this hotel. i should have chosen some other hotel in coimbatore, they dont have room service for food, menu is so big but items available are just 2-3. Thr is no hospitality here. Buffet Breakfast is very ordinary. All in all They don't really care about us :-)
