A nice place to stay with helpful and friendly stay. The room i was staying in had a good view of the floating palace, the room was clean and there was hot water. The location of the hotel is also good, has it is near the Jagit Niwas, the lake and the palace museu, as well has the other ghats.

Perfect budget hotel, negotiated on the price on the phone unti I was happy, upgraded me to a room with a great view of the floating palace because it was available when I arrived. Right near Jagat Niwas which has a great restaurant with great views.

I highly recommend Krishna Niwas as a place to stay in Udaipur. Centrally located, with friendly, smiling staff and clean luxurious rooms. Reasonable prices (I stayed in the shoulder season - February - June) make this little gem hard to beat. Room 106 is the pick of the lot, with a perfect view onto the lake, it was simply divine.
