When we arrived they couldn't find our booking but luckily found us another room - one apparently more expensive than the one we had booked, but agreed to let us pay the original rate. We stayed for three nights and everything was ok. Hot water, nice views of Pichola Lake from the room, clean and the staff very helpful. They have wi-fi but works sometimes, many times they switched off the router and i had to turned on many times... The restaurant on the roof was nice and the guys excellent to share conversations!... The rooms are nice and big, although quite overpriced for the small bathroom and rickety bed. We had some lovely window seats although the noisy street was a bit of a minus. Old stone haveli that’s not as clean or well-kept as places like Kankarwa Haveli, hence prices that are half. Some nice rooms with good lake views and AC but hot water in buckets only; Rs 1,000 for best rooms. Many cheaper rooms. Nice rooftop restaurant with prices not as inflated as many rooftop cafes in town.

Stayed here with some friends for a few nights at the end of a one-month trip in India and it was the perfect way to end my time there. The staff are lovely and the attached cafe has fantastic coffees and pastries. There is also a restaurant cafe on the rooftop great for grabbing a dessert or drink at night.... More

We stayed 4 nights, the highlights of this place are the well kept haveli style rooms. They are not five star but they are charming and clean.
