Priority is given to foreigners. We had a horrible experience in this place..the bathrooms were leaking, the restaurant is very small and quite chaotic.. There are many other better hotels I'm sure.... Yes it may be affordable but not clean at all...

What a find! Great hotel, wonderful facilities, impeccably clean and quiet location. The staff were very helpful and the room was absolutely gorgeous - huge, beautifully decorated.
