Local Indians would call it a guest house. It is not like a hotel. It is clean and has a decent bed to sleep on but don't expect to see a hotel like Motel 6 or a Days Inn. Staff was courteous.

Nothing special, little pricey for the location, Negotiate and you get better deals. Food is very good. Property is aging and is kind of falling apart in the bathrooms.

I booked three rooms through Travel agent Excurssions India in this so called resort for my family stay during Rajesthan trip in Dec. This place is no where close to any resort where you can visit and relax. Pictures on the website do not give the real situation of the resort.

Very good Property. Rooms are very spacious. Food in Lawns is good. Food is cheaper. Not being maintained well. Cleanliness to improve both in Room and Restaurant. During Marriage season, avoid this Hotel as lawns will be occupied.

As an American ex-pat living in India, I would tell all foreigners (and others with high standards) not to stay here. We walked into the room they booked us, and it was super unkept. The place is awesome staff is courteous , although very quite place and nice place.The hotel is clean and neat and the manger of hotel makes you feel like you are at home. Whenever I go back to Udaipur I think I will stay at this place only.
