Went to the hotel to find the standard room in terrible shape. Carpet was dirty and stinking. Inside the bathroom the taps were leaking. Horrible room service. Breakfast ordered was delivered in one hour. NO power back up. Electricity goes off everyday for two hours and you are left at the mercy of a candle and a matchbox. Location is... More

Super deluxe room had no bathroom light, leaking toilet and completely nonchalant service. On arrival, had to ask for towels in the bathroom - got really dirty ones after. While signing off, had to request thrice for the bill - impudent clerk asking for time to finish his tea before he would prepare the bill. Great example of how a... More
