First Do make sure you visit the fort at Kumbhalgargh with it's 37 kilometer (?) circumference walls. It may be off the beaten track and we only found it because of intense research before the trip. This hotel is very close to Kumbhalgarh fort which is probably its most redeeming feature as the rest of it was pretty disappointing.
