The rooms are in terrible condition, the bathrooms are so unclean that I had to ask for the toilets and the bathrooms to be scrubbed again and again. the letter head says peppermint..........it is a far cry from the peppermint at gurgaon......dirty ,shoddy,shabby toilets.......pathetic linen,horrible,terrible staff.....the floor tiles are broken,the beds areold and shaking,no toilet kits are available..........if you have a chance to avoid the hotel avoid it all costs..........dirty pigeons on the exterior....it could not go worse.

we hosted an official meeting at this hotel.It was a five day resedential trainings.Hospitality was excellent.Chefs make moth watering preparations.Its just like home away from home. Rooms are cozy but the best we enjoyed was sitting in garden restuarnt and enjoying cool breeze with light music.
