“Unprofessional Managerial Staff.”

Pathetic staff (all levels including manager) to talk and deal with. They confirm on telebooking and cancel after arrival. What more can you expect !! Overcommitment and underdelivery. Place is good but the priority is for banquet and larger groups. Families suffer. Hope the owners realize this and take appropriate action and control over staff.

My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights during our recent trip to Rajasthan. First thing to be noted, the place is quite far from all tourist attractions. The City Palace is a good 10-12 km away from the place, Mandore gardens are even further. Good eateries are far away as well. That being said, traffic is not an... More

I was there with my family to spend couple of days at this place. It is a wonderful place to spend quality time with the family. Rooms are nicely done. Staff is friendly and helpful. Awesome food. Greenery all around. All in all a superb place to be with your family.
