Juna Mahal is located in the congested old part of the city, and reached through a warren of narrow, stinking, garbage strewn streets. The lane leading to the hotel has a filthy open drain on the side, with sewage flowing through it. This is a very nice guesthouse in a good location with great roof top views over the fort. The rooms are the most comfortable I stated in whilst in Rajasthan. Nice staff, friendly and helpfull. Clean and homie yet decorated so you feel like you are in India. Lovely view and close to the fort and near the marked streets. Only negative is the noise from the moske and the local children - but I think that will be anywhere in Jodhpur.
