We loved the tents and the staff was just lovely. However, the website states it "overlooks the fair" and is just at "short walk or camel ride away." So we had a driver drop us off but it was several km from the fair. The spot was lovely but you needed your own car and driver there. We took camels one day and it took one hour to get to the fair on camels. We had to pay quite a bit to arrange for cars all the time to get us to the fair. The location was misleading.
That said - if you have a car it is lovely and serene. But if you are expecting desert quiet, don't. There is a 10+ story hotel nearby that had loudspeakers blaring well up to midnight for 2 of our 3 nights so we could not sleep. Also the food was very average and we paid US$300/night!
Overall, I would highly recommend the tents themselves and the staff but it is overpriced for the food and location quality.
