its a heritage property being old construction therefore certainly some problems are there such as stuffiness in the rooms which are very big,the bathrooms were clean and have been refitted recently, the bollywood restaurant serves good food. the sad point is that one has to carry cash to pay credit/debit cards are not accepted.
