I'm quite late in posting this review, but thought better late than never. Just wanted to thank Mr Giril for arranging such a nice and comfortable stay for us in Jaisalmer and Khuri. It was a fatastic package and great value for money. All the staffs were very cooperative and supportive. The hotel in very close to the fort and... More

Pros : Situated bang in centre of jaisalmer, 5-10 min walkin distance from all attractions Nice view of fort Decent enough rooms with basic facilities (a/c, geyser, tv) Cons: Rooms though decent are on the smaller tending to cramped size Restaurant service is real slow and food is just average DO NOT book the desert safari through this hotel, the... As a budget hotel, Jaisal palace is a bit over-priced and does not deliver on value . Rooms are small, no wardrobes / chairs are there, bathrooms are telephone box sized and linen looks old. On the plus side rooms are very clean and the fittings are new. The staff is prompt and helpful. The hotel is at a walking... More

wonderful location and excellent value for money! the fort and the havelis are at a walking distance of 10 minutes. courteous staff ever-ready to help especially the squint-eyed care-taker at the reception. power back-up facility was very helpful as there are frequent power-cuts in jaisalmer. a roof-top restaurant caters to both Indian and continental appetites. breakfast was included in the... The hotel was decent enough, the food was good. This is not a luxury hotel but can stay there if you are looking for a budget hotel which is clean and comfortable. We got a package with moonlight resorts for staying 2 nights in Jaisal palace and 1 night desert stay. Though there was no dinner and entertainment arranged at... More

100 yards from nearest approach by car although some drivers seemed to get to the door. Central location within easy strolling distance to the fort and market. Very friendly staff with good freshly cooked food. Showed us the kitchen which was scrubbed clean. Ran out of beer one night but the waiter managed to find two cold bottles from somewhere... More

After a terrible experience at "Kuldhara Heritage resort" we moved to Jaisal Palace for our last night. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was small but clean and for the price we paid I think it is very good value for money. It is also very well located close to the Fort and we enjoyed the sunset... More

Good location ( walking distance to fort & the havelis ) & comfortable, clean rooms. The person running the place was extremely helpful. And also organized the 'Dessert Safari' for us. They also have a roof top restaturant that serves good food. And also provided excellent service. Being located in the heart of the city , it isn't very quiet... More

We took 3 rooms at this hotel. There is nothing outstanding about the hotel except the location - its situated right at the base of the fort and has parking outside the hotel. The rooms were basic and clean. Good hot water supply. Most of the rooms have the charming Jaisalmer style balconies and the upper floors have nicely decorated... More
