We stayed at this modern hotel for two nights and were happy with everything. Our comfortable, spacious side-facing room was well-furnished, very clean and quiet.b Mrs Singh, the owner/manager speaks fluent english and is very helpful. Her staff provide efficient polite service and the food served in the front courtyard is excellent. Highly recommended!

We really liked this hotel. It is well runned by a very nice family. You can see that they truly care about their customers. We asked for extra blanckets and they immediately brought it to the room. We had also a very nice dinner. All and all speaking it is a truly wonderful, nice, very clean hotel, especially for this... More

Very nice, spacious and comfortable rooms and clean bathroom. Comfy arm chairs in the room too. Balcony off our room was unexpected but pigeon infested so you wouldn't like to hang out on it! This did not detract from our enjoyment however. Mrs Singh was lovely and welcoming. She speaks fluent English and was very helpful. We felt very comfortable... More

We stayed here for three nights in December, 2011. This is a basic budget hotel stay. The room service and food are good. Mrs. Singh was very helpful. It is quiet. The location is a bit out of the way, but it is a short ride from the train station and a short walk to the fort. Its about 20... More

Calm quiet clean simple economy--these words come to my mind describing this hotel. The service efficient and the location suits people with own conveyance or people who don't mind walking while on vacation. The food can be better considering what u get elsewhere in town. The best aspect is the serenity due to its location &the management

After the dreary stay in the sands of Jaisalmer, Bikaner proved to be extremely relaxing accentuated by this wonderful boutique hotel. It was centrally located and the food and hospitality offered were first rate. The rooms were truly welcoming and the hotel had an aura about it and it truly reflected the fantastically famous Rajasthan hospitality. If Bikaner, then Hotel... More

The hotel remind me of the warmth felt staying at home. The food tastes just like mothers hand made delicacies. The strategic location of the hotel helped me to visit all the tourist spots of Bikaner. The stay was short , however I felt the hotel with quite a lot of fond memories.

Bonfire, music & lights in the evening was good. Food is good though a bit expensive. Hotel has the scope to be taken to next level, needs generator facility... More

The showers put out just enough water for a rat to shower. The food was expensive and not very nice. The room was in disrepair. The rugs were dirty. The phone to reception / room service didn't work. The pick up from the train station was 40 minutes late. The staff were unhelpful and sent us to a restaurant in... More
