Old fashioned hotel but well maintained. Service average. We upgraded to a corner suite, but don't take it, there were no opening windows and the WC was a throne where you feet were left dangling! The bar and billiard roon are worth a close inspection if you are not afraid of tiger skins and heads. More

The grounds are spacious, the structure is fascinating, the public spaces odd and entertaining with stuffed heads, photos of the maharajas hunting, and other historical tidbits. Another great heritage hotel. The center courtyard is a wonderful place for dinner, complete with entertainment. We had a large room with good air conditioning but the furnishings and bathroom fittings were worn and past their best. Bring your own towel.. The dinning hall & the food was amazing..., the bar,all had a royal touch. There was a relatively expensive evening buffet with rajasthan music and dance. Enter at your own risk !!! More
