We checked in late in the evening after the sightseeing of Bikaner. But we were really disappointed with the rooms that they have offered us. The room was in a corner of the hotel and we felt left alone. Service of the hotel is above average. Food is really tasty. Now the best part of the hotel is the building.... More

we were a group of 8 adults and 2 children at this excellent property and stayed from 27th Dec to 31st Dec . Right from our arrival inspite of it being a busy seoson, Mr Jaisinghji and his team took care of us like a family. Our request were promptly met, the safari , pickup and drop, cleanliness in the... Old fashioned hotel but well maintained. Service average. We upgraded to a corner suite, but don't take it, there were no opening windows and the WC was a throne where you feet were left dangling! The bar and billiard roon are worth a close inspection if you are not afraid of tiger skins and heads. More

This hotel was one of the more quixotic hotels I have visited. I felt like a guest of the maharaja. The public spaces are filled with evidence of his hunting prowess and other historic paraphanalia. Our bedroom had 20 foot ceilings, and a dressing and bathroom of similar scale. The in-room a/c must have dated from the 1950s, but the... More

This hotel is an experience itself. The grounds are spacious, the structure is fascinating, the public spaces odd and entertaining with stuffed heads, photos of the maharajas hunting, and other historical tidbits. The rooms are huge and though quite functional are, as others have pointed out, somewhat shop worn. The rooms vary tremendously. We left too early for the breakfast... More

Another great heritage hotel. The center courtyard is a wonderful place for dinner, complete with entertainment. Room was large with extremely high ceilings (decoratively painted) but furnishings were dull and need to be updated. Breakfast buffet was excellent. The pool was lovely despite the tree trimming going on around it. Staff was more than accommodating, always willing to show us... More

We had a large room with good air conditioning but the furnishings and bathroom fittings were worn and past their best. Bring your own towel.. The dinning hall & the food was amazing..., the bar,all had a royal touch. There was a relatively expensive evening buffet with rajasthan music and dance. Enter at your own risk !!! More

A most impressive hotel to stay in. Large rooms with all the usual facilities, comfortable beds and good food. You even get a decent currency exchange rate. Large central courtyard for dining outside and good entertainment at evening meal time. Also bar, games room. Large garden and generally a beautiful setting away from the hustle of the town. It's a... More
