The rooms are old and dirty, Tiolets are not cleaned properly, Bathroom door is rotting, Balconies are dusty. Definitely avoidable.

A very decent hotel located near Pune railway station (<2kms). Visited this hotel for 3 times till now and had very pleasant experience through out. The best part is the complimentary breakfast. Economy hotel for a decent stay with family and friends and also with spouse. Good experience till now.
