I spent one night with my family on 27th March 13.....we reached around 2pm and decided to stay in non ac family cottage ( 2 bedrooms) C-1, Krishnai....Cottage roof is made of metal sheet so room inside atomosphere was hot till 6 pm....during evening time chilled wind was bowing and it was wonderful atmosphere.....Nice place to visit specially in monsoon.......... We reached this place late in the night and the staff(2 young guys) were really tired and wanted us to stay in the main building itself which would have been a horrible experience. Bhimashankar is a good place to visit for a day or two. The weather is pleasant, Night is bit cold but bearable. we have been to this place in November. The Journey from Mumbai is a bit tiring. It took 7 long hrs. with break of 1 hour. The resort staff were very co-operative. The food was of good Quality.
