This hotel has just one plus point and that of it being near to airport...It was then a nightmare for me coz of no airport pickup though informed well in advance...Then the key card was not working and thus had to stay in hotel lobby for 2-3 hours twice... the staff is just inefficient...Bathrooms are not well maintained and bath... Stayed here for four nights and found minimal staff to attend to our requests. The bathrooms are in a bad condition. Breakfast is below standard with hardly any options and no taste at all. Conveniently located near Pune Airport. Have nice restaurant. Rooms are very well and too big. Room service was very quick, No adequate staff. Breakfast though complimentary was not up to the mark and less variety.The staff is good and extends a warm welcome. Complimentary Wifi is offered and is very much useful now a days.

The hotel is gradually getting old and I see no good future for this. Less recommened

It is located in Viman Nagar, good locality. Connectivity is good. Hotel Room service, Housekeep and food is average. The staff is less motivated. Hotel has a slash pool that is poorly maintained. Does not have gym. Stay here if you dont have any other options.
