It was a recent trip with my husband at hotel ambassador by Ajanta and Aurangabad. We had the finest experience and stay with best hospitality with very much attention to detail. Very clean rooms with prompt housekeeping service. Nice buffet breakfast with a widespread and a lot of choice. We were attended very well with the entire staff. Proper guidance and advice was given to us. Thankful to Mr Khaleed and Tasleem at reception desk for being very cooperative. Looking forward to return back to Hotel Ambassador. Very nice property with a very big swimming pool and a big garden. It has a children play area with rabbits & birds.

Hopeless Rotten Biryani. Very horrible experience. When brought to their notice started physical assault. Called Police for further action. Horrible uneducated staff. The people who run the place beat people when they complain. Stay away

No frills attached. A basic place. Even the breakfast was unidimensional and ordinary. Pohe and Misal Pav, Lolz. They serve only one small mineral bottle of water per person per night. The bathroom had a dysfunctional shower. So avoidable. Not for the corporate world types.

This hotel is rated 3 Star , but absolutely misleading , no drinking bottle water , no tea coffee maker , even water jug was empty , on demand water being provided ,faded wall paint , washroom had clinic plus shampoo pouch n lux mini shop , only one towel in the washroom , although room being double occupancy, breakfast was just okay, still it's 3 Star.

We stayed here for 3 nights in suite. The staff here is very good nice service and courteous. However The Ambassador hotel lacks a good restaurant in terms of menu. Also, the maintenance of rooms is just average as compared to the 3-star rating claimed by the hotel

Myself and my travelling partner stopped here for 8 stressful days in that time we were bitten by bed bugs consequently leading to doctors fees and medication. We had to constantly ask for room service as without this our room would remain unhygienic and to refill tea coffee sugar etc. The hotel when we stopped was undergoing redevelopment and as long as sleep was not a priority or you like the sound or drilling along with the fumes or hammering then this hotel is for you

I am staying for a month here, the hotel staff and service is good and helpful. The interiors of hotel are quite old design but it is clean from inside. Otherwise it is just in prime FC road, many places to hand around. Not a bad choice for budget travellers.

Bed bugs. The hotel responded in a way indicating that this was a relatively normal occurrence. Other guests also had bed bugs in their room. Hotel staff responded, but I would never plan to stay here.

The stay was pleasant and we had no issues with the staff. Having been at the workplace more often than not, we didn't eat much at the hotel. We did enjoy the South Indian dishes for breakfast and the servings were quite generous at the dinner table. On the whole we didn't have any issues during our stay at the hotel.
