While the facility and infrastructure is fine, the food and restaurant is far below expectation. The buffet spread was practically same for all the 6 meals that I had. (2 breakfast, 2 lunches and 2 dinners). The menu lacked variety is creativity in presentation.

Had been there and simply loved the decor,food,environment and the people over there. Real value for money. The only flaw is that its a bit far from the city. Was there only just for a day and the best thing about this place is that the bed was comfortable to sleep. I just slept off without any concern or worries.

This is a place to stay if one has to be in Hinjewadi or IT Park area. It is very comfortable, great food, courteous staff, and overall, a decent unwinding place to relax after work. I thoroughly enjoyed it.

Considering ITC hotel i expected sum thing good out of it but it fails at every point This hotel simply don't have staff to look after you seating in the restaurant and know-body is serving you for more than 45 minutes is not acceptable i would like to specially mention chef over there was rude and need to understand English...
