1st the food is not upto the mark. Breakfast is average. buffet is terrible never try. 2nd. They stick their worst policies which dont even care about customer satisfication. 3rd pool..they dont have one,you have to use ORCHID's. There is nothing for recreation. 4th-Business minded,shifted my room to another floor as they got a mass booking for one whole floor.

This property is very new, and well maintained. Rooms are big and spacious and again everything smells and feels new. Very clean and spacious rooms, throwaway tariffs if they know you, average food.. stayed for two nights.. no issues in checkin-checkout... has a great potential to improve in terms of finesse addition.. has a nice pub on the ground floor.. Great value for money..

Basic business hotel on the outskirts of town. Very large rooms - basic amenities. Breakfast is average. Had no issues with service at checkin / check out or at restaurant. On the last day they had a very large group staying at the hotel which put a strain on all their services.

The hotel is decent value for money but it lacks finesse. Its a hotel where a lot of money has been put in the property but the maintenance, upkeep and service leaves a lot to be desired. There are better hotels around that can be taken

Though situated in the outskirts, but my preference was near to Shivaji Sports complex...it was ideal with the cheap room rates provided by cleartrip....my stay was pleasant....only the pickup facility as requested by me from airport was not provided....otherwise looking forward for another visit in the near future....
