The rooms and service is good...the best part is the Breakfast....U cant afford to miss it....Yummy... hygienic.....over all a nice place to stay in Pune at affordable price...I was not able to see a swimming pool but that is ok for me... I was looking a good affordable place to stay and not Luxury....

Located near Swargate Bus stand .....and nearby to City Pride Theatre.... The Rooms are Ok... Toiletries need to be improved..... Room Service is poor.... Complimentary Break fast needed to have some more options to choose... As located on Crowded Satara Road...rooms facing to road to be avoided...

This was my first visit to PUNE and I must say that your company really made it memorable, confortable and cherish able for life. I am really impressed with the arrangements and services - whether it was pickup from the airport or calling the reception in the wee hours of the morning! Amazing Hospitality.

I stayed at this property for 5 days on a business visit. The hotel is centrally located for business purposes. Staff is good. Rooms are well decorated and cozy. The hotel was booked in advance and did accept fund transfer from the bank later.

The hotel is located in proximity to swargate depot were all the buses for mumbai are avaialable. We liked the proximity of City pride Multiplex. It is in the outskirts of Pune and i good to stay in only if you have some work in BVP(like i did.). Hotel is an avrage 3 star hotel but the best in the Katraj region. From Bvp it is about 15-20 mins away, by auto rikshaw.

The hotel is located on Satara road, next to CityPride multiplex. so if you have rooms that is facing the multiplex, then it could be very noisy. But otherwise, great location, great service and priced reasonably So when asking for room, ask for one that is not facing the multiplex!

Room was okay in size, but bathrooms were smelling and un clean. Toilet also was not neat. Paint from walls are peeling and dirty. Overall its not a place for decent stay though its cheap.
