i had booked two rooms. one for my parents and one for me and my spouse.
the bedsheets were dirty. there was a rat in my room's bathroom. we even complained to the hotel staff. There were cockroaches in the room.
The location is OK. Staff was also polite.
But given a chance to stay again, i wouldn't. i had booked it online.

I stayed at this hotel only for its location. May be, the offerings are proportionate to price... but I really do not carry any fond memories of my stay at this 'heritage' site. It is centrally located - and that is the greatest advantage.
