the building is ok, recently renewed i guess, and the staff is very friendly and nice, which is uncommon around here. the rooms are small but comfy, bathroom very basic..the point that i couldnt define it clean! bedlines given were dirty, and in general you dont feel it is a clean place... but if you are in a low budget... This hotel presented us with so many problems - indifferent service, cockroaches in beds, unclean bathroom, less than friendly staff, mediocre breakfast and more. Definitely not to recommend!

The hotel is a good price with a yummy restaurant and affordable prices. Rooms arent anything special, but they are clean. shower has warm-enough water and generator kicks in fast. Oh, and a/c is nice and cold. What really kicked this into 5 star for me was the service. The first room was nice, but didn't have english channels working... More

I stayed here for a solo trip to explore Ajanta & Ellora. Very close to railway station - excellent location. Clean, decently furnished with friendly staff. We stayed here for 2 nights. The room was spacious. The bathroom was 'wear flip flops in' in character, but water was hot during daytime hours. Staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is nothing fancy, but nothing that should surprise a budget traveler in India.

We had been to Aurangabad on sight seeing trip in third week of Feb-12. Our group was a mix of a young family and a group of bachelors. Since we were driving, the hotel's location was very good. The room service was prompt and we thoroughly enjoyed the stay at this hotel.

Double rooms are about Rs800 - not the cheapest but reasonable for a good sized room with small balcony and bathroom. Pretty clean though we spotted quite a few silver fish running about. Old fashioned but serviceable rooms. OK food and cheap internet available on site. Helpful and polite management.
