It was a calm and comfortable stay . The room was clean , bathroom was a bit small but it might have been because it was the standard room. Room service was prompt . The staff was helpful and polite. The only point that goes against them is the pricing which is a bit on the higher side.

they tell you one rate and charge a higher tarrif its advisable not to stay in the hotel as you can have better options near the railway station and airport. My experience was pathetic............

this hotel is clean , the staff is friendly and willing to help a guest any way they can . my friends and I had a wonderful stay. This hotel is clean and safe. When in the Trivandrum area, wether business or pleasure it is a great place to stay.

Very near to Medical college, TVM. Good rooms, spacious, well maintained interiors. Very good reception, easy to book on phone and hassle free check-in. Deluxe A/C double room was spacious. I had stayed here during a seminar by CDS. The hotel room was clean and well lit - very comfortable. The bathroom was clean, though hot water not always available. The food was good - but one or two dishes were very hot. The service was occasionally slow, but generally friendly.
