A dump that Could be so beautiful. The hotel is so badly run it is a joke! Never sure rooms will have water at all. 50% of time, when we had water it was a dark, mucky brown. Constant power black outs. Rooms cleaned and dirty linen removed but no clean towels and linen left. Charged for items not consumed.... more
