I gave a call in the afternoon, making a room reservation for the next day. At first there were complications as they said they had standard rooms for Rs. 750 and executive rooms for Rs. 850. “Very good and clean budget hotel near Railway station”

I went to Trivandrum with my wife, 2 kids and mother in law in Aug2011. I stayed one day in Elisa international. It is very decent hotel. I took a family deluxe AC room with 3 beds. We spent 1.5 hours walking around Trivandrum looking at rooms before stumbling upon the Elisa. My wife wanted a place with a better bathroom so we could clean up properly before getting on the plane, so that ruled out most of the rooms we saw in the 1000 rs price range.
